All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Every effort is made to ensure correct prices are displayed on the website. If an error is found or if before delivery the price increases due to factors beyond our control we will contact you to inform you of the new price and you will be given the option to confirm your order or to cancel.

We accept most credit or debit cards. Your card payment is taken securely by Protx.
Payment in full is required at time of placing order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card payment has been received.

On receiving your order we will contact you to confirm your order.
Delivery. [Back to top]
Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 days. Any delivery dates quoted are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delays. We strongly recommend that you only arrange tradesmen after the correct goods have been delivered and checked for damage or shortage. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to late delivery. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

All our goods are delivered by specialist fragile goods couriers. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses. (There may be an additional charge for delivery to Scotland and some parts of Wales.)
Heavy or bulky items may require assistance for the driver to unload. Please ensure an able bodied person is available to help with this.

If the product you have ordered is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible and given the opportunity to cancel your order or to wait for it on back order.

All goods carry a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

All product images, specifications and other information on our website have been gathered from manufacturer’s brochures or representatives and are to the best of our knowledge correct. Netbaths can not guarantee the accuracy of this information and will not be liable for any claims caused by the use of this information.
Receiving Goods. [Back to top]
Goods must be signed for on delivery. Goods will not be left without a signature. All goods should be checked for obvious damage at time of delivery and you must refuse delivery of damaged goods and make a note on the delivery driver’s sheet. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if no one is available to receive delivery.
All goods should be checked thoroughly and any faults, damage or shortage notified to us in writing within 24 hours.
Faulty Goods. [Back to top]
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us to arrange for collection of the faulty goods. All returns will be checked for faults and if no fault is found then only the goods value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of delivery and collection. Delivery or refund will be arranged after inspection of the faulty goods.
Order Cancellation. [Back to top]
In accordance with the distance selling regulations you may cancel your order within a ”cooling off period” lasting 7 days from the day after taking delivery. If you cancel your order under these regulations then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in perfect condition or you will be liable for our cost in recovering the goods. Goods for return should be in perfect condition, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Please do not write on the goods packaging as this will make the goods no longer a resaleable item. Delivery costs are not covered by the cooling off period and any refund will be less the actual cost of delivery and collection.
